It's a very exciting year for Rugby as the British and Irish Lions land on Australian soil to take on the mighty Qantas Wallabies and Super Rugby teams. So show your school’s true colours and get behind our boys as they take on the might of the Lions.
Getting Started
Participating in Walla Rugby Week is easy - all you need to do is:
- SIGN UP HERE and we'll send you two free rugby balls to help you get started.
- Check out our WALLA RUGBY WEEK IDEAS LIST to find printable lesson plans and fun ideas to use Rugby as a theme in your curriculum.
- At the end of the week we'll ask you to report on the numbers of students that participated and we'll send you additional FREE RUGBY EQUIPMENT based on the number of participants. You can also enter the competition to win exciting prizes including a school visit from a Qantas Wallaby player, digital cameras and more.
Dates for Walla Rugby Week
Walla Rugby Week will be held on Monday, 17 June through Friday, 21 June in the lead up to the first British and Irish Lions Test Match.
What FREE Rugby Equipment You'll Receive
Every school that signs up will receive 2 FREE RUGBY BALLS. At the conclusion of the week you will receive additional FREE RUGBY EQUIPMENT based on the number of students that participated:
1-49 students: 1 Rugby Ball, 1 Whistle, 10 Markers
50-99 students: 2 Rugby Balls, 1 Whistle, 10 Markers
100 students and above: 2 Rugby Balls, 1 Whistle, 20 Markers, Ball Bag
