After spending a two stint playing in England for the Cornish Pirates from 2013 -2014, Sydney born Angus Sinclair discovered that he had been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Nearly 18 months after being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Sinclair started pre-season training with Norths Rugby Club in November 2015 with the goal of being able to play a full 80 minutes in the 2016 Shute Shield season.
A mixture of eating healthy, progressively training harder and a positive mindset saw Angus Sinclair return to the field for a full game, alongside joint Vice-Captain and brother, High Sinclair.
The Brothers went on to be an integral part of the 2016 Norths squad who won the Shute Shield Premiership and broke a 41-year club drought.
Angus' 2016 Shute Shield performances earned him a spot in the Sydney Rays NRC squad, and he returns in 2017 for his second year with the team.
