Mike Harris is in line to play for the Rebels in this weekend's clash with the Stormers, after a hamstring injury that kept him out of Wallabies duties.

Harris suffered a hamstring injury in his third game back from a 10-week absence with a quad injury.

His limited game time had been enough for the veteran to be included in the Wallabies' England series squad before he was injured in Melbourne's match with the Force, mere hours before he was set to head to camp.

Harris is not the only Rebel in contention for a return, with prop Laurie Weeks to undergo a fitness test ahead of the Stormers match.

Weeks tore his hamstring ahead of the Rebels' Round 10 match against the Blues, after a strong start to the season.

The Rebels take on the Stormers on Saturday as they vie to finish their season on a high.
