ARU Media went behind-the-scenes with Charlotte Caslick at the recent clash with Japan at ANZ Stadium

Women's World Sevens Player of the Year nominee Charlotte Caslick gave the Rugby community a unique insight into her game-day preparations ahead of the recent exhibition clash against Japan at ANZ Stadium.

Tim Walsh's side defeated the Japanese side 26-7, with Caslick herself opening the scoring.

Caslick said: "It was a good opportunity for me to share some of my regular match-day routines with fans of Rugby Sevens. It was an awesome experience to play at ANZ Stadium before the Bledisloe Cup and always good to come away with a win."
