Coach John Manenti has named a relatively settled line-up as the Aussie Sevens prepare for round two in Dubai on December 3-4.
The side dominated the competition last week, defeating Fiji in the Final to claim the opening event of the World Series.
From that squad, they have made just one change with Jakiya Whitfeld replacing Teagan Levi.
Whitfeld returns to the gold jersey for the first time since 2019 after making her debut with a standout performance in Cape Town.
“This week is a chance to show consistency of performance, which is always a challenge in a young group, but something we’re working towards every day," Manenti said in a statement.
“Playing back-to-back is not something that happens often on the women’s circuit so it will be a case of who is best prepared to deal with the loads and heat of Dubai
“We have spoken a lot being positive, enjoying the opportunity and playing without fear – this weekend is no different.
“Crowds are back this weekend and Dubai is a great place to play and I’m super excited for another chance for the girls to perform."
Demi Hayes retains the captaincy as Australia looks for its fifth title in Dubai, which would tie them with New Zealand.
They open their campaign against Spain (4:22 pm AEDT), looking to replicate their 34-0 victory from last week before facing Canada (7:46 pm).
The defending champions will finish their day against Brazil (3:05 am) before rounding out their group stages against Russia (8:13 pm).
