It was a wild opening minute as Teagan Levi scrambled to make the try-saving tackle, allowing sister Maddison to run away for the first try of the match.
Charlotte Caslick started her tournament with a classy try as she kicked and regathered, followed by setting up Levi for her second.
Madison Ashby crossed for a 22-5 lead at the break, with Caslick’s second just after the break sealing the result.
Tia Hinds and Faith Nathan scored late tries as they cruised to victory, capped off by Levi’s third.

Palmer’s second put the game out of reach and whilst Samoa charged late with a trio of tries, the game was already wrapped up.

Sharni Smale raced way for the opener and just had enough pace to dive over the line after winning the turnover.
Teagan Levi then caught the French lacking down the short side for their second.
France hit back to reduce the margin to five at the break, with the Aussies hitting straight back via Faith Nathan.
Joanna Grisez gave France hope late and they had a chance late to win it, only for Maddi Levi to come up with the try-saving tackle to bundle the French attacker into touch
Australia has been knocked out of the LA quarters with a 26-19 defeat to Great Britain.
Nathan Lawson started the quarter-final perfectly as he capitalised off a Ben Dowling offload for the opener.
GB levelled the scores shortly afterwards, with Tom Emery crossing after the first half whistle to take the lead at the break.
Morgan Williams extended the lead after the break, before Australia launched a comeback.

However, the USA were buoyed on by their supporters and Alev Kelter’s try with a minute to go levelled it up.

New Zealand have taken out the LA Final with a 29-14 win over Australia.
Superstar Michaela Blyde set the tempo early with the opening try, with Charlotte Caslick hitting back for the Aussies.
However, the Kiwis would score three straight tries to run away with the Final.
