They will kick off their competition on June 30 (local time) against the Georgians, who are coming off their best finish in the tournament last year.
Georgia finished eighth in 2023 after wins over Argentina and Italy to narrowly miss the semi-finals.
This will be followed by a clash with the Italians on July 5, coming off a fourth-place finish at the U20 Six Nations to start the season.
The pool stages finish on July 9 against the Irish, who went unbeaten in the Six Nations.
Ireland finished runners-up in 2023, going down to the French after defeating hosts South Africa in the semi-finals.
Three-time champions France headline Pool A alongside TRC champions New Zealand, Spain and Wales.
Meanwhile, host South Africa, Argentina, England and Fiji make up Pool C, with the Pool winners and the highest-ranked second-place side to qualify for the semi-finals.
The World Rugby U20 Championship 2024 will be the first international competition to feature the three new law amendments implemented to promote quicker play whilst ensuring player welfare.
“The World Rugby U20 Championship is the pinnacle of age-grade rugby, and it continues to be a key part of World Rugby’s investment in increasing the competitiveness of global rugby by providing a meaningful pathway to the elite level for talented young players," World Rugby CEO Bill Beaumont said in a statement.
“The South African Rugby Union were incredible hosts in 2023 and we are confident that they will deliver an outstanding experience for players and fans alike.
"We are also very excited to see the new law amendments which will improve the on-field spectacle for anyone watching, promoting an exciting attacking brand of rugby.”
