Scrumhalf Tate McDermott has admitted their performance was far from standard, labelling it as 'soft' after the Wallabies went down 38-21 to the All Blacks.
The Wallabies were once again blown away by Ian Foster’s side, with only wayward kicking keeping them in the game at the end in the thumping defeat.

Whilst the Reds half was one of the best and helped set up their opening try in the 45th minute to Folau Fainga’a, he was left shattered after the series sweep.
"It's no different from the last two games, it’s so disappointing, frustrating from our point of view," McDermott told Nine after the match.
"It's Groundhog Day: every time we say we're going to do something we don't do it.
"We're pretty soft at the moment and that's the honest assessment of it.
"We'll pick the little positives we can out of that but we've got to get back on the horse because it's only going to get tougher against South Africa from here. Incredibly disappointing."
For Wallabies fans, there was a sense of Groundhog Day as the All Blacks fell behind in terms of numbers for the second straight game as Jordie Barrett was red carded for lashing out at Marika Koroibete.
However, once again, the All Blacks somehow found a way to outscore the Wallabies during that period despite the advantage and ended up running away with the game.
McDermott sympathised with fans after the match, reinforcing their commitment to finding improvements ahead of their round three clash against the Springboks on Sunday at CBUS Super Stadium.
"We've got to just keep looking at ourselves in the mirror," he added.
"We've got to keep pointing at ourselves and being honest with our reviews.
"It's no easy fix. We've got to be better, it's as simple as that.
“…We’re probably the most frustrating team to follow. So to every Australian fan sitting behind the couch, we thank you for your support and we're going to have to get back on the horse and get a good performance for you. Eventually."
