Rugby Australia Chief Executive Andy Marinos said: “What a memorable finish to the eToro France Series. I am very proud of this team to have won the Series against such a dramatic backdrop. They had a fantastic Series and were deserving winners of the trophy. France showed their quality throughout the Series and I must thank them, not only for their spirit across the three Test matches but for their positive approach to the quarantine as well as their resolve to have International Rugby played. They are a special team and will be a notable force at the 2023 Rugby World Cup – it has been a wonderful Series.
