Australia’s leading female rugby players are set to sport a new look off the field with renowned women’s fashion label Forcast joining as an official partner of Rugby Australia.

Forcast will be proudly worn by the Australia Sevens Women’s squad and Wallaroos at formal events and functions in a first for both teams to have a supplier solely dedicated to women.

Rugby Sevens stars Demi Hayes, Bienne Terita and Alysia Lefau-Fakaosilea recently joined Wallaroos players Siokapesi Palu, Faitala Moleka and Emily Chancellor for a photoshoot of Forcast’s winter range.

The Australian-owned brand offers the ultimate shopping destination for the modern woman in all aspects of their lives with modish, versatile detailing and beautiful feminine tailoring.

Since its inception in 1992, Forcast redefines traditional workwear and brings together elegance and class, with complete wearability.

"We are thrilled to be the first official womenswear supplier for Rugby Australia, and to embark on this journey with its Teams in Gold, particularly at such a pivotal time in women’s sports," said Alicia Chea, Head of Digital at Forcast.

"As a brand deeply rooted in empowering women, this partnership aligns with our mission to help women feel confident and stylish at work, at play and in sport…wherever they may be kicking goals.”

Rugby Australia CEO Phil Waugh said the new partnership was another strong step for the women’s game in the country.

“We are proud to welcome Forcast to the Rugby Sevens and Wallaroos family,” Waugh said.

“It’s the first time Forcast is officially partnering with national sides in any sport – it’s pleasing to see new partners coming on board to support women’s Rugby and sport.”
