Six second half tries proved the difference as they overcame a 14-point deficit for a 45-28 win.

So what did we learn?
The Waratahs are at a crossroads after what seemed like a bounce-back win was on the cards.
They looked sensational in the first half for a 21-7 lead at the break, but fell apart to allow Moana Pasifika to get back into the game and secure the win.
It doesn’t get any easier with the Chiefs coming to Sydney next weekend.
But they need to step up and respond if they are to be a serious finals team.

The young prop has been solid in his debut season but broke out for a remarkable three-try effort in 50 minutes.

Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii was at his brilliant best at fullback for the Waratahs despite the defeat.
It may have taken a while to get into full speed after the toe injury but his effort from his own five metre line to beat two and set up Triston Reilly from nothing was sensational.
He looked calm at the back and found the necessary time and space to impose himself on the game, throwing a beauty for Reilly’s first try along with setting up Teddy Wilson in the second half.
His presence caused Moana Pasifika all kinds of headaches, setting up the space for Andrew Kellaway to score unmarked as they raced up on him before half-time.
