Fresh from a breakout Test season, Wallabies and Western Force lock Jeremy Williams is eager to hit the ground running in 2025.
The 24-year-old was one of Australia's most consistent performers under Joe Schmidt last year, finishing 2024 with 10 international caps following a memorable debut against Wales in Sydney.

Williams also featured heavily in the Wallabies' epic 42-37 win over England during the Spring Tour with his 49th minute try in the corner hotly contested by local media.
"Yeah 50-50, pretty lucky to get the rub of the green but I'll definitely take it," Williams joked with reporters this week.
"Mate it was pretty cool, pretty surreal … that atmosphere is something I've never experienced before so to be involved in a game like that and get the win at Twickenham was pretty cool."
"Awesome to see a lot of Force boys push into that Wallaby squad. That's the goal for a lot of people in Super Rugby, they want to be playing for the Wallabies and it's awesome to see a lot of Force boys there, I definitely think we've got some more (to come) as well."
Williams returned to Force training this week following an earlier Wallabies camp in Sydney and says there's plenty to like about his side's preparation heading into Super Rugby Pacific.
New recruits for 2025 include Wallaby Spring Tourists Brandon Paenga Amosa and Dylan Pietsch while Shute Shield talent Coby Miln has impressed since his shift across the Nullabor.
"Watching video in pre-season before Christmas and even last week it looks like they've been going really well. I'm pretty excited to see what we can do come Super Rugby," Williams said.
"We've got a lot of depth at the moment and there's a lot of competition for positions. That's what you want going into training sessions and Super Rugby, you want everyone to be competing every day to try and earn their spot and their jersey.
"Coby (Miln)'s been good - he's actually my roomie at the moment - so it's been good seeing him come over from Shute Shield and apply his craft over here but all the boys that have come in have been really good and adding their value to the team.
"We're just focused on the week-by-week. It's a long pre-season from when these boys started so now it's just following the process and making little gains every day. I think if you can do that come Round 1 you'll have made some pretty big gains."
Williams also threw his support behind Wallabies coach Joe Schmidt, who is yet to confirm whether he'll extend his contract - one that currently expires in August following the British & Irish Lions Series.
"I think we'd all love to see him continue. You know, he's such a great coach and all the boys have loved being coached by him but he's got a decision to make and we'll respect that decision whichever way it goes," he said.
