Australian Men's Sevens coach John Manenti has made one change to the side that finished third in Singapore, re-calling Nathan Lawson as they prepare for Vancouver on April 17-18.
Lawson, who made his debut for the program at the Tokyo Olympics, comes into the 13-man squad for Stu Dunbar, who was unavailable for selection.
"After a solid performance in Singapore last weekend, I can stress the importance of taking our game up a level this weekend in Vancouver," Manenti said in a statement.
"We played some good Rugby but lost some key moments around our game management.
"The time on the road has been good for us as we build new combinations & understand each other better.
"Building consistency remains the focus here in Vancouver."
The Australians will be looking to continue their incredible start to the season, finding themselves second overall after making the past four semi-final finals.
This is reflected in the World Series DHL Impact Player Standings, with Corey Toole (1st), Dietrich Roache (3rd) and Henry Hutchinson (5th) sitting in the top five.
Toole, along with Irish sensation Terry Kennedy, leads the Series with 27 tries, which leaves the Gungahlin Eagle third in total points.
Meanwhile, Roache has built a dominant lead in the point-scoring tally with 197 points, 53 more than his nearest rival.
As for Hutchinson, he will look to bring up his 100th try, stranded on 99 after scoring in the semi-final defeat to Fiji.

The Australians have been drawn in Pool C, set to open their campaign against Canada (4:37 am AEST), looking to replicate their efforts in Seville where they were 35-12 victors.
This will be followed by a clash with Spain in a rematch from Singapore, with doubles to Josh Turner and Matt Gonzalez securing the 28-12 win last week.
However, their final pool match looms as the game of the group stages as they take on Series leader South Africa.
The Blitzboks have won the first four legs of the '21-22 Series, defeating the Aussies in the final in Dubai and Seville.
All games across the tournament will be LIVE on BeIN and Kayo Sports.
