Wallabies down to 14 men after a red card to Marika Koroibete

Wallabies winger Marika Koroibete has been sent off for a high tackle during the deciding Test against France.

After two slow starts, the Wallabies were eager to begin with a bang as they look to claim the series after their second Test loss on Tuesday.

However, their night got off to what looked to be the worse possible start as Filipo Daugunu came off the field with injury.

Unfortunately, the injury would be compounded shortly afterwards following a restart as France took a 3-0 lead.

Looking to set the tempo, Koroibete would race up and level France captain Anthony Jelonch with a monster hit, causing a knock on.

However, Jelonch would fall straight to the ground, clutching at his jaw.

On further review, the TMO would deem that Koroibete made direct contact with the head of Jelonch.

This gave ref Ben O'Keefe no other option but to send the winger from the field after just four minutes.

The visitors would instantly take advantage through scrumhalf Baptise Couilloud as they raced to a 10-0 lead.

The Wallabies would get one back through Tate McDermott after he finished a barnstorming run from Michael Hooper.
