Fantasy Super Rugby Pacific owners were rocked by team list Wednesday after a host of changes threw teams into chaos.

Damian McKenzie, the most popular captain by over 20,000, was ruled out with a knee injury whilst third-highest owned Cam Roigard was named on the bench.

It leaves managers scrambling to find a new halves pairing whilst weighing up whether to keep young gun Kyren Taumoefolau after his first low score of the year.

Rugby.com.au gives you ten players to consider bringing in for this week.

William Havili

Havili being a top five Fantasy player was not predicted by many heading into the season but the playmaker has been an attacking weapon for Moana Pasifika.

Last week’s 40 point haul was his lowest in his three games so far, starting the year with four try assists and two tries.

The Tongan international is full of confidence and thriving at the back, giving Fantasy managers the added bonus of taking the goal-kicking.

Harry McLaughlin-Phillips

The former Junior Wallaby is the ultimate smoky after this elevation to the starting side to face the Crusaders.

Selected by 0.1% at the time of writing, McLaughlin-Phillips is averaging just under a point per minute and will have a big role in the Reds’ attacking game plan with a new-look centre pairing.

He has also has underrated speed and acceleration that opens his potential for big points from line breaks and tackle busts.

Tate McDermott

With Cam Roigard on the bench, managers flocked to McDermott, and it’s easy to see why.

He went massive against the Force, putting up 61 points thanks to a two try performance.

The Sunday afternoon conditions will suit him perfectly to back up this effort.

Kyle Preston

This leads to McDermott’s opposite number, Preston, who retains the starting spot with Noah Hotham still a month away.

Preston is a name to consider given his try-scoring ability, scoring four in the space of two games for his new club.

Like McDermott, Preston is rapid and can score big thanks to his express pace.

Jake Gordon

For an ultimate POD, Gordon is definitely a player managers should consider when replacing Roigard.

The Wallabies starter has scored moderately to start the season, but his two try assists show what he is capable of if he can add some individual attacking stats.

Expect the scrum half to take the line on further against the Force after McDermott’s efforts last week.

Ponepati Loganimasi

Loganimasi is one of the quickest players in the game and will back himself to cross again as the Drua return to Fiji.

The former Sevens star is averaging 57.5 points per game thanks to three tries and four line breaks to start the season.

The Drua are back to full strength with the return of Selestino Ravutaumada, forming a dangerous back three alongside Vuate Karawalevu.

Cullen Grace

Grace has become a must-pick after solidifying himself in the back row for the Crusaders.

Put in the game as a second-rower, Grace has been a consistent scorer for managers thanks to his explosive attacking start to the season.

He’s the ultimate all-round player for the Crusaders, making him one of the most selected locks in the game.

Tom Robertson

Robertson’s production is pure base stats which is music to managers' ears.

The prop shrugged off an unlucky yellow card in his first game and is averaging just under 40 points per game, largely off scrums won and tackles.

It’ll be a tough test against an all-Wallaby front-row but this shouldn’t hurt his production.

Corey Toole

Toole has grown into the season on the wing.

Despite the Brumbies’ struggles, Toole’s score has continued to rise as he gets further into the game.

His pace makes him one to consider despite facing a Blues side stacked with international talent.

Jacob Devery

Devery was the big winner out of round one after scoring a double in their defeat to the Crusaders.

Since then, he’s put together two solid scores off the bench but now gets his chance to start against Moana Pasifika.

His high work rate makes him one to watch, sitting second only behind Ricky Riccitelli for hookers.
