The NSW Waratahs can confirm that centres Mosese Tuipulotu and Harry Wilson will depart the club at the conclusion of the 2024 Super Rugby Pacific season.
Tuipulotu will join Edinburgh Rugby in Scotland on a two-year deal, whilst Wilson will join Dragons RFC in Wales for the 2024-25 season.
Tuipulotu debuted for the Waratahs in 2023 and made five appearances in the sky-blue jersey at Super Rugby level.
Wilson also debuted in 2023, earning 12 caps for the Waratahs and scoring a memorable sole try in the 37-24 win over the Crusaders in Round 2 this season.
“It’s been a pleasure to have Mosese and Harry as a part of the Waratahs,” Head Coach Darren Coleman said.
“They’re both positive young men and have added a lot to our club both on and off the field. I wish them all the best in the next phase of their careers.
"I'm confident they will go and have successful professional careers and I thank them for their contributions to the Waratahs.”
Tuipulotu and Wilson were both grateful to the Waratahs for granting them early releases and thanked the club for the fond memories they acquired during their tenures.
“Since moving up to New South Wales from Melbourne I’ve loved my time at the Waratahs,” Tuipulotu said.
“I’ve made lifelong friendships and developed as a player and person. I’d like to thank everyone involved in the club from the staff, coaches and players to the members and supporters for making my time here so enjoyable.
“I wish the Waratahs nothing but the best in the future and I’ll always be supporting the boys in the sky blue.”
“I’d like to thank my teammates, coaches, members and fans for making my time at the Waratahs so memorable,” Wilson said.
“It was always a dream of mine to pull that sky blue jersey on after coming through the pathways system and I’m very honoured and grateful for the opportunity I have been given here at the Tahs.
“I wish the club all the best in the future and I’ll be giving absolutely everything in my power for a strong end to this Super Rugby Pacific season.”
