NSW Waratahs number eight Langi Gleeson credits a fresh mindset to his blistering start to the season, remaining laser-focused on playing for the Wallabies against the British and Irish Lions.
Gleeson powered the Waratahs to victory over the Fijian Drua on the weekend, crossing for a double in the 29-24 win.

It's a clash the Fijian-heritage back-rower always gets up for, ensuring the Waratahs stay unbeaten to start the season.
The 23-year-old was a regular under Joe Schmidt in 2024, however, has entered this season with a renewed fight and hungry.
“I think physically I’m the same as last year but I think just mindset shift, I just feel like I have a point to prove," he told reporters.
“ I didn't really start the best last year so I've just got to have that mindset of just being physical every carry, every tackle and just do it for the boys that are on the field with me.”
There is a number of factors that have led to this, largely down to Gleeson's expected move overseas at the end of the year.
The 14-Test Wallaby has been linked with French club Montpellier, which is refused to confirm.
“I can't confirm that but I did tell them (the Waratahs) I am leaving," he stated.
“I still have to overlook my options."
His decision led to Wallabies coach Joe Schmidt to uninvite Gleeson from their January camp.
“I can sort of see why they did," Gleeson explained.
“Obviously I just wanted to focus on the 'Tahs and play good footy as much as I can and try to be in that position that they have to pick me.
"I think they also wanted to get other boys on track, just to get boys that are up and coming to look into them as well in the environment."
Gleeson made it clear that Schmidt told him he was still available to be selected for July's British and Irish Lions tour.
It adds further spice to Saturday's clash against the Western Force, going up against Wallabies standout Carlo Tizzano and potential bolter Nick Champion De Crespigny.
“If I play good enough I'll be in. It's always a motivation playing internationally," he added.
"To play against the boys that were in last year as well, you've got Carlo Tizzano and (Nick Champion) De Crespigny this week. I look forward to it….I think every week is a competition for spots.
“Everyone in your position is a threat so you've got to outplay them every week.
