Dolphins headliner Herbie Farnworth and Queensland Reds ace Josh Flook have teamed up for a rare cross-code collaboration to offer footy fans the best ticket deal of the school holidays.
The two-for-one ticket offer means fans and families can grab seats at Suncorp Stadium to watch the Dolphins tonight and the Reds on Saturday night.

For just $40 for an adult ticket and $100 for a family of four, it’s massive value with the Panthers, the NRL premiers, and the ACT Brumbies coming to town as opponents.
The players are diving into the action themselves with Farnworth planning a visit to watch the rugby union match and Flook flipping into league mode to watch the Dolphins.
“It should be two quality games. It would be big for us to get a win and the Reds will be after a good one too,” Farnworth said.
“It’s pretty cool to me with players of different codes involved and to get a bit of promo in both sports. There’s a bit of rivalry there but these are two big family games. Brisbane is a massive sporting town so I’m sure there’s room for both codes.”
Centre Flook even has the lingo worked out for his trip to Suncorp Stadium tonight.
“It’s Phins up for sure. We’ve got many fans in Brisbane going for both codes and swapping back and forth. To be able to come together and have that little partnership is a really good idea with benefits for both sides and fans,” Flook said.
Queensland Rugby Union Chief Operating Officer Jane Ballantyne agreed the collaboration is a positive.
“We know families are always looking for different things to do at holiday time and this really is a chance to watch your own club and enjoy a different footy experience as well,” Ballantyne said.
Dolphins Chief Executive Terry Reader said that collaborating with the Reds to bring more football to more people is beneficial for all sports fans in Brisbane, regardless of the code.
“We are always looking for value opportunities for our members and fans, and this is one such opportunity we couldn’t pass up," Reader said.
“Suncorp Stadium is the best place to watch Rugby League and Rugby Union in the country, and to be able to do both for the price of one ticket is fantastic value for our fans."
