Samoa and Kenya will face off for ninth place after two vastly different victories.
Samoa were dominant in their 42-7 win, with Paul Scanlan crossing for an early double. Four second-half tries provided them with the buffer to race away with the win.
Meanwhile, Kenya nabbed victory in extra time over Uruguay.

Needing a win by 21 or more to leap Samoa to qualify for the quarter-finals, Zayn Davids got the Blitzboks off to the ideal start as they scored four quick tries.
