Round 13 of Super Rugby Pacific has significant finals implications as teams prepare for a thrilling run home.

It starts in Wellington with the Hurricanes hosting Moana Pasifika before the Rebels take on the Chiefs in Melbourne.

The Reds face a tough game in Fiji against the Drua, followed by the Brumbies out to end their drought against the Crusaders.
