U16 and U19 National Championships: All the team news for round five

The U16 and U19 National Championships have reached the final round of the regular season as teams look to book their place in the final on November 13.

The NSW Waratahs enter as the team the beat, currently on top of both ladders as they look to book a home final against the Western Force.

Meanwhile, the Force remains second in the U16s, with a win booking their place in the final.

The Queensland Reds loom as the team to knock them off, sitting three points back in third as they host the Rebels.

The Reds can set up all NSW-Queensland finals with wins in both grades, with a Waratahs loss likely seeing the final hosted in Queensland.
