The Wallabies will play next Wales at Principality Stadium, Cardiff on Sunday 21 November (AEDT).
It will be their final game of 2021 after falling 32-15 to England last week.
The tour started with a 32-23 win over Japan in Oita before a narrow 15-13 defeat to Scotland

The Wallabies have confirmed a blockbuster Spring Tour schedule to round out 2021.
After an exciting clash against Japan, the side will head to Edinburgh to face Scotland before facing old rivals England at their hallowed grounds of Twickenham.
They will round out the international season on November 20 against defending Six Nations champions Wales.
