Dave Rennie's men will then embark on a five-game Spring Tour, with clashes against Scotland, France, Italy, Ireland and Wales on the schedule
The Wallabies' clash with the All Blacks will be shown LIVE on Stan Sport and the Nine Network.
Coverage will be live and ad-free on Stan Sport, slated to start at 4:30 pm AEST with kickoff expected at 5:05 pm AEST.
The game will also be shown on free-to-air television on 9Gem, with coverage also starting at 4:30 pm AEST
The Springboks' crucial match against Argentina will be shown on Stan Sport.
The second test will be ad-free, live and on demand, with extended coverage from 12:55 am on September 25.
South Africa currently sits second in the Rugby Championship, tied on points with the All Blacks after last week's 36-20 victory in Argentina.
