Dave Rennie has kept a relatively unchanged line-up as they hunt for back-to-back wins, with Jake Gordon the only change on the bench.
It is the first time since Ireland in 2018 that a Wallabies coach has named the same starting XV for consecutive Tests.
"It's been a challenge for us this year, we haven't been able to back up a good performance with another one and it's been spoken about this week," skipper James Slipper said in the build-up told reporters on Friday.
"I can see this stadium turning into a fortress for us ... a big Sydney crowd, passionate about their rugby.
"And that's what we plan to do, is to make sure we play a game not only for our fans around Australia, but the fans that come in and watch this."
It's a stark contrast to the Springboks with South Africa coach Jacques Nienaber making eight changes to his side.
This includes a debut on the wing for teenage utility back Canan Moodie and a move to flyhalf for Damian Willemse.
Flyhalf Handre Pollard, centre Lukhanyo Am and flanker Pieter-Steph du Toit have been ruled out by knee injuries, with Pollard and Am out for the rest of the Rugby Championship.
That means a shift from fullback to flyhalf for Willemse, who is replaced in the No.15 jersey by the experienced Willie le Roux.
