Dietrich Roache has become an integral member of the Sevens program, debuting at the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo.

A western Sydney product who played rugby league up until the age of 18, Roache is a prodigal goal-kicker who played a crucial role in the side's rise to the 2021-22 World Series title.

The proud Samoan has represented Australia at two Olympic Games, firstly in Tokyo before a second campaign in Paris.

An unfortunate ACL injury at pre-season training ahead of the 2024-25 season will see Roache miss the World Series.
