Isaac Kailea's rise is remarkable given the fact the young Victorian has only played front-row since 2018.

The half Tongan, half Chilean rookie was inspired to move from the back-row by former Wallabies prop Nic Henderson.

It paid dividends as Kailea had a breakout 2024 Super Rugby season with Melbourne where he played 13 matches.

This earned him a call-up to the Wallabies squad with fellow looseheads Angus Bell and Blake Schoupp ruled out with injury
