Jade Sheridan (Waratah #193) is one of the younger guns in the NSW Waratahs system who has been a mainstay in the side as an outside back.

From the Northern Beaches, Sheridan is no newcomer to Rugby Union with the footy-mad Mona Vale region fuelling her rugby progression through NSW school pathways and U18s NSW teams since she was 13.

After playing Rugby Sevens for some time, Sheridan transitioned to the 15 a-side game with representing the Warringah Rats in the Jack Scott Cup.

She made her Super Rugby Women's debut against the Force in 2023 and will look for higher honours with strong performances in sky-blue.

Off the field Sheridan is a caring and committed Occupational Therapist who has successfully graduated from Australian Catholic University.
