Two-metre tall lock Nick Frost grew up in Berowra, New South Wales, playing his rugby at Hornsby. Attending Knox Grammer School, he gained a deserved spot in the Australian Schoolboys side. An offer followed from the Crusaders, which took him across the Tasman, playing in the Jock Hobbs Memorial National U19s tournament. Frost then made his return to Australia to play for the Brumbies in 2020, being handed his debut against the Rebels. In 2022 the Wallabies made the call on Frost to bring him into the side, going on to represent the side in the 2023 Rugby World Cup. He is known as the one of world’s best players in his position, dominating in the air and the lineout, and he is now one of the first names on the teamsheet for club and country.
