Tabua Tuinakauvadra is a developing forward who grew up in Orange, NSW, before relocating to Canberra as a teenager.

Tuinakauvadra is of Fijian heritage with her family from the Nadroga-Navosa province in Fiji.

Tuinakauvadra made her Brumbies debut in 2022 and has strung together 13-straight games for the side over the past three years.

She made her Wallaroos debut against Fiji in 2023 before her breakout period came late in 2024 when she took advantage of an injury to Piper Duck and produced consistent performances in the No.8 role during WXV 2.
