Rugby fans are used to seeing Quade Cooper's magical flick passes but now a huge chunk of the sporting world is
Cooper, who has been training with the Broncos NRL player Tevita Pangai Jr in Brisbane in recent weeks, posted an NFL-style flick pass to his Instagram on Monday.
The clip gained traction in Australia and then picked up speed across the globe as well.
That virality culminated in US sports hub Bleacher Report picking up the clip, where it has been viewed over 1 million times.
Cooper's pass has also spawned some imitations from other professional sporting players, including AFL star Bradley Hill.

Cooper is currently back in Australia after his first season with Japanese second division side Kintetsu Liners.
The Liners took out their league in the most recent season, which was completed well before the onset of the coronavirus.
