The Brumbies book their berth in the Final after outlasting a gritty Western Force.

Junior Wallabies head coach Nathan Grey has confirmed his 45-man squad for their second camp of 2021 in May.

Several players have also been selected in their club’s Super Rugby AU and Trans-Tasman winder squads.

Rebels flyer Glen Vaihu headlines the squad, with the Melbourne-born product making his Super Rugby AU debut in Round Two against the Reds.

There are 11 new additions from the first camp of 2021, as Gray and the Junior Wallabies finalise their preparations ahead of the Oceania U20 Championships, scheduled for July.

“It’s always good to get the squad together and compete for positions. The camp provides continued time to work on our gameplay and connection to each other," Gray said in a statement.

Another great finish by Tom Wright for the Brumbies for the opening try.

Several players have also been selected in their club’s Harvey Norman Super Rugby Trans-Tasman squads from the first camp.

These include Vaihu and Carter Gordon (Rebels), Zane Nongoor, Josh Flook and Kalani Thomas (Reds), along with Reesjan Pasitoa, Tom Hooper and Billy Pollard (Brumbies).

“It has been great watching the players in their respective Grade and Colts competitions and seeing them perform on the field. The strong club competitions provide that arena for growth and development,” Grey added. “As a program, we’re excited for our squad members who have been elevated to their Super Rugby squads.

"That creates an open door for another player to step in and put their best foot forward.”
